Here is a selection of Florence Scovel Shinn's New Thought affirmations taken from her classic small books THE GAME OF LIFE and YOUR WORD IS YOUR WAND. These affirmations are based on Science of Mind and Divine Science teachings which also form the basis of Louise L. Hays training. While wonderfully quaint and oldy worldy in some ways, these affirmations pack a punch if used over and over. I use this video often and find that watching the Louise Hay Power Thought cards as they pop up, while listening to the affirmations creates a focus which allows one or other (either the heard or the seen affirmation) to slip easily and effectively into my mind.
