@jozs82 years ago if you go on the other side you gonna find a few people camping there at night, they are hostile and will attack you on sight and they can be killed by 1 punch, if you kill them the cops will come and if you go too far they will respawn but if you manage to get rid of them without getting the police on you then if you wait until the ghost comes (between - ) you gonna hear female screams like if someone fell down a cliff/mountainside .. ...Expand 181

@brandonjenkinson39523 years ago The apartment is a reference to Scarface (1984) since GTA Vice City's Story and Scarface draw many similarities, e.g Tommy's similar story in concept to Tony Montana's come up in said movie, in Scarface there is a scene where a drug deal goes south and Tony is forced to watch his friend get chopped up in the bathtub with a chainsaw, This of course being why the chainsaw and blood is found in the bathroom, also for me the cocaine in the briefcase next to the bed solidifies this concept for me (Since it looks practically the same as in SF) I'm pretty sure this is a well known theory but just in case there are people unaware :) .. ...Expand 16
