@Random_440010 months ago I' ve never played fh1 2 or 3 but i can imagine in a few years when the servers for 4 and 5 get shut down that means so many fun things and memories you may hate the year 2020 for obvious reasons but for me it was a very fun and great year especially compared to what came the year after and i wouldn' t hesitate any bit to go back, great memories man i can just imagine if you had started playing over a decade ago unfortunately i wasn' t lucky enough to own a good system up until 2020 but i can just imagine the nostalgia for all those people

@kimreinikainen10 months ago Fh2 is my favourite. My first game for xbox one. I was choosing between fm5 and fh2 which game to get next as back in the day i could only focus 1 game fh2 had (my personal opinions)
best map desing
(the map feels a lot bigger than it actually is. Also a lot of secret parking lots to find. Plus there was a proper city/town in the every corner of the map)
best roads (the cliffside route from castelletto to nice is absolute gem)
best scenery (everyting from fields and old castle to historic towns and mediterranean sea, fh2 had it all)
best location (really feels like you are on a holiday)
best " horizon feel" as good as in fh1 but made better. From the showcase events 4 from the 5 in the game is in my top 5 of all time)
best online championship system (you don' t need to have the fastest car to win the title. Different strategies to win)
2nd best music after fh1 (even though there is much more music avaivable i think the fh1 had better songs). ...Expand 6

@taquito156110 months ago I recently bought a copy of the first horizon and have been playing it on my series console, and the onlineare disabled, and i think they have been for quite a while now. Either way, i' m planning to buy fh2 sometime in the future (though the prices are kinda high for a 2014 game imo)

Ive never been a fan of how the online aspect worked in past horizon games (i thought fh3s onl id="hidden29"ine was complete jank and that fh4 and 5 are major improvements on how online should be handled) but still i want to drive around with striking racing liveries on cars with wide bodies and spoilers. 1. Someone at playground or turn 10 studio effed 2. They reused the servers for horizon 5 since they effed the launch so badly and crippled horizon 2 and motorsport 5 and 6 (those were offline too)
3. Preparing servers for the new crippled motorsport since is a live. Service.
horizon 1 servers for multiplayer don' t even work properly. In order to play online, you need to create a custom lobby.
leaderboards, the 10 club dlc doesn' t work, livery shop, gifting cars and many other online features were crippled more than 5 years ago (i now because around that time the game was so active)
someone at that studio effed up so badly is my best take. Pure incompetence. Just like when they banned players for anime vinyls.
and the already delisted games from xbox one shared the forza hub feature that already existed until 2021 (the launch of horizon 5)

I l id="hidden41"ove fh1, and still play it off and on. Thankfully, i still have all the dlc content. Not sure if i should purchase fh2 as i wouldnt have access to the dlc for it.
