Hello!!! I tried Chloe Ting’s 4 Week Summer Shred Challenge 2020 and documented the process, from videos of me dying, before and after comparisons, metrics and overall thoughts. I did not diet, never said no to dessert, and did not do the warmup or cooldown videos (cos I’m lazy). This was an eye-opening experience as I learned a lot about exercise’s impact on mood, personal motivation, and the way our bodies heal.
This was a 28 day challenge with free online videos provided by Chloe Ting, which only takes between 22-45 min per day to complete. All you need is a fitness mat and yourself!
