Hello! Cooking cookies with marshmallows. The cookies are soft with dark chocolate chunks and a liquid marshmallow center. This is VEERY delicious))) INGREDIENTS: 100g unsalted butter 80g brown sugar 50g granulated sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 200g flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 80g dark chocolate chunks 13 big marshmallows COOKING METHOD: 1. Put soft butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth. 2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix with a mixer. 3. Pour in the flour, baking soda, and salt, mix. 4. Pour in chocolate chunks and mix. 5. Form a ball from the dough by putting a marshmallow in the center. 6.
