Cashew Nut Cookies 腰豆饼

Ingredients : 250g salted butter （有盐牛油） 160g icing sugar（糖粉） 2 egg yolks （蛋黄） 450g plain flour （普通面粉） 1/2 tsp salt （盐） 1 tsp baking powder （发粉/泡打粉） 100g ground cashew nuts （腰豆粉） For glazing : 1 egg mix with 1/8 tsp salt (slightly beaten) 1 粒蛋加入1/8茶匙盐拌匀 For decoration : 100g Half cashew nuts 装饰 : 100克 半边腰豆 Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes. 放入已预热烤箱以170°C烤15分钟。
