Boil milk in a broad vessel. Then heat the milk on a low flame for 1/2 an hour. Stir the milk in between. 2. Make paste of half blanched almonds and slice the remaining almonds. 3. Then, add sugar, cardamom powder, almond paste, and saffron. Mix well. Stir the milk occasionally. 4. Add sliced almonds and pistachios. Mix well. Cook for a minute then turn off the flame. 5. Take sikore or kulhad or small clay cup and pour the milk. Garnish it with sliced almonds and pistachios. 6. Delicious 'Badam Pista Ka Doodh' is ready to be served. Serve hot and enjoy it. Badam Pista Ka Doodh is nourishing and delicious milk. Badam Pista Ka Doodh is a very popular drink in the winter season. This is a delicious almond and pistachios flavored milk served in the sikore or kulhad or clay cups. The milk is reduced on a low flame to prepare this drink. It is a halwai style drink that everyone loves and enjoys. This is very soothing in cold weather. You can easily prepare this milk at home.
