Badam Pista Ka Doodh
Ingredients
Full Cream Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - as per taste
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Blanched Almonds - a handful
Sliced Pistachios - as required + for garnishing
Sliced Almond - as required for garnishing
Instructions
1. Boil milk in a broad vessel. Then heat the milk on a low flame for 1/2 an hour. Stir the milk in between.
2. Make paste of half blanched almonds and slice the remaining almonds.
3. Then, add sugar, cardamom powder, almond paste, and saffron. Mix well. Stir the milk occasionally.
4. Add sliced almonds and pistachios. Mix well. Cook for a minute then turn off the flame.
5. Take sikore or kulhad or small clay cup and pour the milk. Garnish it with sliced almonds and pistachios.
6. Delicious 'Badam Pista Ka Doodh' is ready to be served. Serve hot and enjoy it.

Badam Pista Ka Doodh is a very popular drink in the winter season. This is a delicious almond and pistachios flavored milk served in the sikore or kulhad or clay cups. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
Heat the milk on a low flame and stir the milk occasionally so that it does not burn from the bottom.
If you have time, soak the almonds then peel the skin. Else you can blanch the almonds to peel the skin.
Add sugar to the milk according to your taste.
